Opening Doors
For many Calgarians, falling behind on technology isn’t a choice, it’s a circumstance. Technology is needed now more than ever, to apply for jobs, access services, and participate in modern life. Without a device, no amount of education makes a difference. That’s why we go beyond the course.
A Story Worth Sharing
One of the donated phones went to a person who was unable to speak. After receiving the device, they were set up with Apple’s Live Speech feature, which converts typed text to spoken audio in real time. For the first time, they could make phone calls and communicate with those around them. A phone became something far greater than a phone.

20 Computers
A Calgary law firm donated 20 fully functioning computers to Mikey’s iHelp. The devices were erased, set up, and delivered to individuals with limited or no access to technology.
Jewish Family Service Calgary
14 Tablets
A not-for-profit social service agency that donated 14 iPads to Mikey’s iHelp. The devices have been erased, and will soon be in the hands of Calgarians with limited or no access to technology.
